We have all had those days where we get sucked into Amazon. Where you are buying one thing and then all of a sudden Amazon is recommending other products to you that you just have to try. That’s where this purchase of Pure Body Naturals Beauty Dead Sea Mud Mask came from. I was just casually buying my vitamin C serum
Now I am a huge sucker for face masks since I have had terrible acne and I am still recovering from it, so I am basically one to buy any face mask that has five stars. Basically they are marketing to people like me, because I am so desperate to have clear skin but who doesn’t.
Right after my shower on Sunday nights I put this mask on and freak out my cat a little. I left it on for a about fifteen minutes before washing it off with warm water and patting my face dry.
Literally right away my face felt amazing, one of my favorite parts about using a mask. The jar says to only use it once a week so I was good and actually followed the directions for once. The days that followed acne did pop up and I know that sounds like it made my skin worse, believe me I did have a few freak outs, but I just let it run its course. Since I had cystic acne I know that I have some deep acne still waiting to come to the surface. I crossed my fingers over the next few days and hoped that was the reason for the extra acne.
I did not touch the acne and simply washed my face with my everyday face wash and then would wear my moisturizer just letting it go its course. Two days after I did the mask I wasn’t getting any new acne and the scarring was less noticeable. Then slowly but surely as the days followed the acne disappeared and the scarring faded a bit more. From the acne I use to have to my skin now any progress is absolutely amazing to me. I usually give a product three weeks before I judge it but I really love how I noticed a difference quickly.
You do have to remember while I did freak out about new pimples, the dirt in your pores especially cystic acne has to come up and out through the pore, it doesn’t just disappear. A lesson that has taken me a long time to learn.
This is not sponsored at all but my honest opinion about a product that I purchased with my own money in hopes of getting rid of acne scarring and acne itself. I highly recommend following the directions on the jar and to only do it once a week or you may result in excessive drying.
This post has sponsored Amazon Links, but I would not recommend products I did not fully support and use myself.
